Cancellation policy
- Rolly Canine does not offer refunds for any training (including Board and Train, Private training and Group Classes) or daycare service.
- Private training cancellations or no-shows are liable for full payment.
- Daycare cancellations within 24 hours, or no shows, are liable for full payment.
- If payment is not received prior to starting the training service, Rolly Canine has the right to cancel the service.
- Full payment for group class bookings must be provided to confirm the booking. If payment is not made, then the space will be re-listed as available for someone else.
- If Rolly Canine postpones or cancels the service, a refund or rescheduled time will be issued.
- In the event that you need to postpone a private training session, please contact Rolly Canine immediately. Rolly Canine will do their best to organise an alternative time. In-home private training may not be able to be rescheduled immediately due to the high demand and waitlist for in-home training. In this case, Rolly Canine will offer an alternative which may include training at the facility or training at daycare.
- If Rolly Canine is notified within less than 48 hours about postponing a private training session, then it is treated as a cancellation and it is at Rolly Canine’s discretion whether or not to reschedule the session.
